We are a small, privately owned business located in the Capital District of Albany, New York. The chef and owner, Tony Huff, has a diverse background in the hospitality industry spanning nearly 25 years. A U.S. Army Veteran and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Tony founded Mindful Meals To Go out of both necessity and peace of mind.
Mindful Meals To Go exists in a society of busy, hard-working people who are always on the go, leaving their diet and food consumption as an afterthought. It doesn't have to be that way. Let us do the menu planning, shopping and cooking. Let us show you it is possible to eat convenient meals that are prepared with real food and not loaded with preservatives, additives or ingredients that you can't pronounce.

Mindful Meals To Go strives to make your busy life a little easier by offering fully prepared, heat and eat meals that are sold in locally owned and operated businesses. We cook with passion and purpose, using nutrient-packed, fresh, whole foods and seasonal ingredients in our daily meal production.
