By purchasing products from Mindful Meals To Go, LLC, you are in agreement with and understanding of proper reheating temperatures, proper refrigerated or frozen storage of meals, the shelf life of meals and allergens that are or may be present during meal production.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Mindful Meals To Go, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees arising out of your use of the Mindful Meals To Go website and/or any Mindful Meals To Go services.
