Can meals be frozen?
Meals can certainly be frozen but some may not thaw and reheat with the same qualities as a fresh meal.
How do I reheat meals?
Meals are fully cooked so you simply need to reheat.
They can be reheated in a microwave in the containers they are delivered in.

Remove the label, pop the lid up to let cold air out, select 5 minutes and HALF POWER.
This may be called power level on your microwave. Press the 5 for half power.
Once heated, let meal sit for a few minutes so the heat gets evenly distributed throughout the container.

Meals can also be reheated in a traditional oven. DO NOT heat the plastic containers.
Meals need to be transferred to an oven safe vessel.
Cover the meal and heat at 250 degrees for about 15 - 25 minutes or until hot.
Internal temperature of the meals should be 165 degrees.
Can I reuse the containers my meals were delivered in?
Yes, the containers can be reused or recycled.

No, meals are seasoned to taste.
The amount of salt used is not measured but we do try to use a light hand because you can always add more salt if desired.
